Quality Control

Batch-level QC from raw material to shipment.

ARIS follows GMPC and ISO 22716 quality management procedures at each production stage.

01. Raw Material Inspection

Incoming pigments, oils, waxes, emulsifiers and packaging components are inspected for identity, purity, appearance and compliance documentation before entering production.

02. In-Process Checks

Filling weight, color consistency, component fit, assembly accuracy and cleanliness are checked during bulk production. Deviations trigger corrective action before shipment.

03. Finished Product Testing

Batch samples undergo stability, viscosity, color, appearance and microbial testing. Packaging integrity, labeling accuracy and carton marking are verified.

04. Pre-Shipment Inspection

Packed goods are inspected for quantity, labeling, carton marking, product appearance and documentation accuracy before export handoff.

05. QC Record Keeping

Batch production records, test reports, inspection results and corrective action logs are maintained for traceability and buyer reference.

ISO 9001:2015 procedures support ongoing process review, customer feedback handling, supplier management and production efficiency improvement.
