Shipping Policy

Yiwu Aris Cosmetic Co., Ltd. ("ARIS Cosmetics") ships private label color cosmetics OEM/ODM orders worldwide. This policy outlines our shipping terms, methods and timelines for sample and bulk orders.

1. Shipping Terms

Standard shipping terms are FOB Shanghai or CIF destination port, as agreed in the sales contract. For FOB terms, the buyer arranges and pays for shipping from the departure port. For CIF terms, ARIS arranges shipping and insurance to the destination port, with costs included in the quoted price.

Other shipping terms (EXW, DAP, DDP) may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Sample Shipping

Samples are shipped via express courier (DHL, FedEx or UPS). Sample shipping costs are typically borne by the buyer and are deducted from the first bulk order upon confirmation. Sample delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after dispatch.

4. Bulk Production Lead Time

Standard production lead time is 30-45 working days after final sample approval, packaging confirmation and artwork approval. This does not include shipping time. The full timeline from brief to delivery is typically 8-12 weeks.

5. Packaging for Shipment

All products are packed in export-standard cartons suitable for the chosen shipping method. Inner packaging (retail-ready packaging, display boxes, branded cartons) is customized according to buyer requirements and agreed during the packaging discussion phase.

6. Customs and Duties

ARIS provides all necessary export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, MSDS and COA. For FOB and CIF terms, import customs clearance, duties and taxes at the destination are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend that buyers verify import regulations and tariff rates for their target market before ordering.

7. Shipping Insurance

For CIF terms, shipping insurance is included. For FOB terms, insurance is the buyer's responsibility. ARIS can assist in arranging insurance upon request.

8. Order Tracking

Tracking information is provided for all shipments. Buyers receive shipping documents and tracking numbers once the shipment is dispatched.

9. Delays

ARIS is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, port congestion, weather events, strikes or other force majeure conditions. We communicate any material schedule changes promptly and work with logistics partners to minimize disruptions.
