Are the samples really free?
Yes — existing formula samples are free. You only pay for international shipping via express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS). Custom formula development may have a separate sample fee.
How long does shipping take?
Samples are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Express courier delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.
Can I request samples of multiple products?
Absolutely. Use the checkboxes on the form to select multiple product categories. We'll confirm availability and pack them together.
What happens after I approve the samples?
Once you approve, we discuss MOQ, packaging customization, shade range, logo printing, carton design and bulk pricing — then move to production.
