What does the stock catalog MOQ of 12 pcs actually mean?
The 12-pc tier is a sample-order price. Standard stock MOQ for buyer orders is 100 pcs per SKU with gold or silver foil logo label included. The 12-pc, 120-pc and 600-pc columns show tier pricing — 12 pcs lets a buyer physically test one SKU before committing to 100+.
What logo decoration is included in stock orders?
Stock orders come with gold or silver foil logo label applied to the tube or packaging. Custom full-color printing (offset, silk-screen, hot-stamping) requires moving to the custom packaging tier at MOQ 12,000 pcs per SKU. Custom full packaging mold is US$20-25K, credited at production order.
Are these EXW prices inclusive of shipping?
No. All prices are EXW (Ex-Works Yiwu) — buyer arranges and pays international shipping, duties and destination-market compliance filings. Sea freight is recommended for cosmetic shipments since formulas typically contain alcohol or solvents and are considered DG goods (not suitable for air freight).
Can I test a few SKUs first before a full launch?
Yes — that is exactly what the stock catalog is for. Buy 100-300 pcs across 3-5 shades, sell for 2-3 months on your channel, then commit to a 12,000-pc custom order on the winner. This is the standard ARIS test-to-scale workflow for TikTok Shop, Shopify and Amazon startups.
How is ARIS different from Polliam or Lady Burd for a first launch?

What's the lead time for a stock order?
Standard stock order: 15-25 days from order confirmation to EXW-ready. Custom packaging (12,000+ pcs tier): 30-45 days. Full custom formula + packaging: 45-60 days. Add sea-freight time (20-40 days depending on destination) to calculate landed date.
Can I mix SKUs across categories in one order?
Yes. ARIS accepts mixed-category orders within the same tier. Example: 100 pcs lip gloss + 100 pcs blusher + 100 pcs foundation = one order with three SKUs, EXW price applied per SKU at the tier of the smaller quantity. This is standard practice for beauty brand starters.
Do I get compliance documents with a stock order?
Yes. ARIS provides FDA, GMPC, ISO 22716, ISO 9001, BSCI and MSDS documentation. INCI, COA and SDS are provided per formula. Final market claims and documents are reviewed for the destination market — do not treat "FDA Approved" as a claim, as FDA does not pre-approve cosmetics.
