Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the beyondbeauty.cyou website and your engagement with Yiwu Aris Cosmetic Co., Ltd. ("ARIS Cosmetics," "we," "us," "our") for OEM/ODM cosmetics manufacturing services. By submitting an inquiry, quote request or order, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Business Relationship

ARIS Cosmetics is a color cosmetics OEM/ODM manufacturer based in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. All quotations, sample approvals and production agreements are conducted on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. We serve beauty brands, importers, distributors and e-commerce sellers worldwide.

2. Inquiries and Quotations

All inquiries are reviewed based on the information provided by the buyer. Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in USD and exclude shipping, customs duties, insurance and bank transfer fees unless explicitly included. ARIS reserves the right to revise quotations if formula, packaging or quantity requirements change after initial discussion.

3. Sample Policy

Sample requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Sample fees and shipping costs may apply and are typically deducted from the first bulk order. Sample development timelines are discussed after brief confirmation. Sample approval is required before bulk production begins.

4. Orders and Payment

Bulk order confirmation requires a signed sales contract or written acceptance of the quotation. Payment terms are typically 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment, unless otherwise agreed. Payments are accepted via bank wire transfer (T/T) or other methods agreed in writing. Production begins after the deposit is confirmed received.

5. Production Lead Time

Standard lead time is 30-45 working days after final sample approval, packaging confirmation and artwork approval. Lead time may vary depending on formula complexity, packaging component availability, order quantity and seasonal factors. ARIS will communicate any material schedule changes promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

Buyers retain full ownership of their brand name, logo, artwork, formulations developed specifically for them and proprietary packaging designs. ARIS Cosmetics will not reproduce, share or sell a buyer's proprietary designs or formulations to third parties. ARIS retains the right to use existing formula bases and standard packaging components that are not buyer-exclusive.

7. Quality and Compliance

ARIS Cosmetics operates under GMPC and ISO 22716 certified manufacturing standards. All products are manufactured in accordance with agreed specifications. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their product concept, claims and packaging comply with the regulatory requirements of their target market. ARIS provides supporting documentation including MSDS, COA, ingredient lists and certificate of origin where applicable.

8. Shipping and Risk

Shipping terms are agreed per order, typically FOB Shanghai or CIF destination port. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier for FOB terms. ARIS is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance or force majeure events.

9. Limitation of Liability

ARIS Cosmetics' total liability for any claim arising from a production order shall not exceed the value of the specific order. ARIS is not liable for consequential damages, lost profits or indirect losses. These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or any production agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

11. Website Use

All content on beyondbeauty.cyou is for informational and reference purposes. Product images, descriptions and specifications are provided as general references for buyer briefing and may not reflect the exact final product. ARIS reserves the right to update website content without prior notice.
