What's the minimum order quantity?
MOQ starts from 12,000 pcs for lip products (lip balm, lipstick, lip gloss, lip oil). The exact minimum varies by product type and packaging selection. Use our starter quote form to discuss options for smaller initial runs.
Can I request samples first?
Yes โ we strongly recommend sample approval before bulk production. A sample fee applies and covers formulation, shade matching and packaging prototyping. Sample costs are typically credited toward your first production order.
Do you provide export documentation?
Yes. ARIS provides Certificate of Analysis (COA), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), full ingredient lists (INCI) and compliance documentation required for cosmetics import in your target market. Our team is experienced with regulations across EU, US, Middle East, Southeast Asia and Latin America.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer FOB (Yiwu/Shanghai), CIF and DDP options depending on your location and preference. ARIS works with major international freight forwarders and can arrange sea freight, air freight and express courier shipping. We will recommend the best option based on your timeline and order volume.
