What do I pay for samples?
Stock formula samples: you cover international courier shipping only (≈ USD 25–35 to US/EU). Custom development samples: ≈ USD 100. Both are credited to your first bulk order. A single sample piece cannot carry a printed logo — logo printing starts from the approved bulk run. Sample dispatch is 3–5 business days after confirmation.
How long does shipping take?
Samples are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Express courier delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. If you are planning a bulk order, ask about the production window when you request samples.
How long does bulk production take after sample approval?
Typical bulk production lead time for lip balm, lipstick, lip gloss and lip oil is 45+ working days after final sample approval, depending on quantity, formula and packaging customization. Add approximately 30 days for sea-freight transit — plan roughly 75+ days end-to-end from sample approval to delivered goods. Bulk lip products are classified as dangerous goods (DG) and ship by sea only (no air freight). We quote EXW or FOB Yiwu, not CIF. Share your target launch month when you request samples so ARIS can discuss a realistic timeline before you commit to packaging artwork.

What happens after I approve the samples?
Once you approve, we discuss MOQ, packaging customization, shade range, logo printing, carton design and bulk pricing — then move to production. Typical lip balm / lipstick / lip gloss / lip oil MOQ starts from 12,000 pcs per SKU (depends on formula, packaging and decoration).
